Common questions.

Do you offer a free trial?

No free trial — but the Pro plan is $20/month and you can cancel anytime, no questions asked. We'd rather you pay for one month, decide it's not for you, and move on, than enter a trial maze.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What happens if I go over my conversation limit?

You'll get an email at 80% and 95%. If you hit 100%, your agents keep responding for the rest of the month, but we'll suggest upgrading to a higher plan or buying conversation packs.

Can I use my own model API keys?

On Enterprise, yes — bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or other provider keys. On Pro and Team, you use ours.

Do you offer a discount for nonprofits or students?

Yes — nonprofits get 50% off Pro and Team. Students get Pro free with a valid .edu email. Email hello@populus.ai with proof.

How does the Team plan work for agencies?

Team includes a shared workspace for up to 5 members. Each member can create and manage agents. For agencies managing many clients, Enterprise gives you unlimited members and isolated client workspaces.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant. Enterprise customers can deploy on-premise or to their own cloud.

Can I deploy on-premise?

On-premise deployment is available on Enterprise. Reach out to enterprise@populus.ai for details.
